Delivery
Our most frequently asked questions regarding delivery of Perls products.
We aim to despatch orders within 48 hours of order. UK residents only.
All orders are sent by Royal Mail 24.
Royal Mail 24 is tracking to delivery point. Next working Day delivery aim. SMS or email updates to recipient. Signature on delivery.

Returns
Our most frequently asked questions regarding the return of Perls items.
Please send us an email at woof@perls.co.uk and we will send you our return address.
Not happy? That’s ok! We will refund your purchase within 30 days if you are not happy. We are not able to pay for the return of shipping items. Please email us at emma@Perls.co.uk and provide as much information as possible and we will get back in touch to organise the return. All items must be returned in the original packaging unworn and unused. No personalised items can be returned.
Faulty goods.
If your items arrives faulty please email us at emma@Perls.co.uk to organise the return of the faulty item and we will happily replace or refund. If your item becomes faulty through usage please contact us immediately.

Our most frequently asked questions about our products.
The waterproof coats and vegan leather leads and collars are wipe clean. The fleece coats are machine washable at 30 degrees short wash. We DO NOT recommend washing leads or collars as it will destroy the water repellant coating and will not protect your dog from a soggy neck.
Yes, you can! Bandanas and fleece coats can be personalised with your pet’s name in embroidery. The beds can be personalised with an embroidered label that is then hand stitched onto the bed. There is a charge for this service.
